NVIDIA ADDS THE WALKING DEAD TO GAMING LIBRARY

It’s one of the most critically acclaimed adventure games of recent memory, and it’s based on one of the most popular TV and comic series starring the undead.

We’re talking about The Walking Dead: Season One, and you can play it right now on SHIELD.

You’re Lee Everett, a convicted murderer whose trip to prison is interrupted by the sudden outbreak of a zombie apocalypse. You latch onto an unlikely group of companions that all share a common goal—survival, at any cost.

Over the course of five episodes, The Walking Dead: Season One’s gripping narrative will keep you on the edge of your seat. And your decisions will determine who lives, and who dies.

You can access the game via the Stream Games hub on Android TV, or by navigating to the GRID Games menu within SHIELD Hub on your portable or tablet. It won’t take you long to understand why The Walking Dead: Season One received more than 80 Game of the Year awards.

The GRID Games library includes 52 PC games that you can play on SHIELD devices, and we’re adding new games regularly. Join the conversation on Twitter, and use the hashtag #SHIELDTuesday to tell us which PC games you’d like us to add next.

GRID is NVIDIA’s on-demand service that streams a library of popular PC games to SHIELD devices. A subscription to GRID, which is free to all SHIELD owners through June 30, 2015, is required to play GRID games on SHIELD. Go to http://shield.nvidia.co.uk/grid-game-streaming to learn more.
